Refund Policy
1. Order Accuracy
We strive to prepare and deliver your order as requested. If there is an error with your order (e.g. missing item, wrong dish), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may offer:

A replacement item,

A credit towards your next order, or
-
A partial/full refund, depending on the issue.
2. Quality Issues
If you are unhappy with the quality of your food, please let us know immediately. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion. We may ask for photographic evidence in order to assess the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:

Change of mind after the food has been prepared,

Delays caused by external factors (e.g. traffic, weather, delivery service disruptions),

Food that has been partially eaten or discarded (unless a clear quality issue is proven).
4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if we have not yet started preparing your food.

Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible, but we will review each case individually.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with our delivery partners. If the delivery failure is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
